   Author avatars is a great plugin for team blogs!
   First a great thanks for it!
   I have two suggestions about this plugin:

   1)In the sidebar we have option to show the authors name and avatar,can you please include the post count of each author along with that.

   Like this: Author name(post count)

   2)Group blogs will have a lot of authors as anyone can come and join,but can we display only those who have posted something!!!

   I would very much like to second these features, especially the second one.

   This is actually a bug: if you look at my authors-page http://fan-tas-tic.com/artists/ you'll als see the authors who have no posts published yet...although they are sheduled.

   Please update this fantastic plugin or give advice how to achive the above features.

   I've added a feature to specify a mimimum amount of posts for authors last week (changeset [198063]). By setting the respective value to "1" this allows to hide authors which have no posts published yet.
