[Plugin: Audio Player] Stand alone version throws errors

First thank you for your time.

I am having difficulties getting the stand alone version to work. It seems that no matter which js file I use I get errors.

If I use audio-player.js then I get this error:
Line: 4
Error: ‘width’ is null or not an object

If I use audio-player-noswfobject.js then I get this error:
Line: 1
Error: ‘swfobject’ is undefined

If I use audio-player-uncompressed.js then I get this error:
Line: 83
Error: ‘swfobject’ is undefined

To verify that I am not doing anything wrong, would you be so kind as to include a full working example (for the sake of completeness it should also include the html and a dummy mp3 file) in the audio-player-standalone.zip file?
