I noticed that Audio Player loads its js & swf files regardless of whether or not the calling page needs them. Is there any way of limiting these calls to the blog posts that actually have an embedded podcast only?
Thanks
Jacob

Just what I am looking for. I guess it would be relatively easy to add some checkboxes to the admin panel, that'd let you choose one or more taxonomies, where the code should be included. Unfortunately I am not that well a coder.
there are a billion plugins that are guilty of this - in fact it's one of my bigger gripes about wordpress in general - as soon as you get a somewhat advance site that uses a few plugins on it, you suddenly have every plugin and it's friend trying to include a bajillion css & javascript files on every page in wordpress.
no idea whether this kind of thing would / could be done, but would be a huge boon to wordpress in general if a solution for this kind of behavior could be figured out.
I posted a more general complaint & suggested solution about this here:
