When attempting to activate the Plugin I get this scary error:
Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare ad_settings::public_facing_assignment_statuses() in /home1/simpsonw/public_html/wp-content/plugins/assignment-desk/php/settings.php on line 557

Likewise, I get the exact same error.
Any fixes in the works?

You're welcome, Matt.
I've got a busy hyper-local blog here in MN and we're eager to try this.
I'm having a hard time replicating this. Which version of WP are you running? Which error reporting settings? Just activated on fresh 2.9.2 and 3.0 and no errors.

I'm running WP 3.01. Not sure about error reporting settings, as I haven't messed with it. Where would I find them?

I am using WordPress version 3.0.1'
Could it be a conflict with other active Plugins?
Can I send a list of my Plugins?
How many of the users experiencing this error have the same Plugin list?
I think I got it. I'm going to push a 0.6.1 right now.

Great. Can you test it with 3.01?

Erik, I just saw the plugin auto-alert and so I upgraded to 0.6.1.
No errors thus far!

Hello. I upgraded to WP 3.0.1 and tried this version 0.6.1 and I am getting this error upon activation attempt:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or '}' in /homepages/29/d260799504/htdocs/reidsvillenow/wp-content/plugins/assignment_desk.php on line 46
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you.
