   Hi,

   First off, thanks for putting this plugin together, it works great!! I've been using on my blog posts and for the most part it works flawlessly.

   One feature request I'd like you to consider would be to allow for the ability to use more than one template in the generated PDF. It would be great if I could use a "cover page" template for page 1, and a different template for all subsequent pages.

   I was looking through your code (which is very well commented) and it looks like I may be able to hack this in myself for right now, but would love to see this implemented in the next release.

   Hi, thats no problem, I will integrate an option into the next release. Thanks for that suggestion.
