Sorry I can't be more specific, but there is no error message or anything to indicate what is wrong. When I click on the link (standard permalink structure - http://www.example.com/?p=123&article2pdf=1) it reloads the page, but stops loading after the post title and nothing else happens.
I tried changing the directories around in the settings, and have double-checked that the directories are all writeable. The link to article2pdf was inside the loop, and I was using the "example.pdf" file provided.

I also tried using the "PDF creation testsuite" in the settings area, and it also produced a blank page. Only the left-hand WordPress admin menu showed up; no source code, PDF, or failure messages.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
