[Plugin: Art Direction] Javascript doesn't work

Hi guys,
I’m using the Art Direction plugin for my blog and it does just fine with the CSS. The problem comes when I try to put javascript code in the single page field. It shows up in the source code but it just doesn’t work.. I mean, it’s there, I can read it in the code but there’s no visual effect or editing or else. I have to mention that I use the single page as my homepage and that I show just one post per page. Do you know what’s going on? Thanks in advance for your help 🙂
