[Plugin: Anything Popup] Can't edit the content in the popup

Hi,
I have a problem when I try to edit the content this message is displayed:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_editor() in \\HMFSW\WEB\dtcwin008\cismexico.org\public_html\Home\wp-content\plugins\anything-popup\content-management.php on line 121

This is what appears in line 121:

<td colspan=”2″><?php wp_editor(@$pop_content_x, “pop_content”);?></td>

I’m using visionary theme.
