plugin antivirus says danger in some theme templates. What this mean?

    Hi! the plugin AntiVirus suggested a manual scan in theme templates, it gives me several “red” alerts, for example: view line 4, and appears this,

    <?php include (TEMPLATEPATH . ‘/sidebar1.php’); ?> with the word “include” marked in yellow.

    What does this mean? what should I do?
