   I just loaded the plugin and the admin bar says "virus suspected" and the completed scan is green (all clear). Which to I go with?

   And similarly, if I have a virus, does the plugin tell me where to find it?

   I think you're seeing a bug that I saw with a syntax error in the javascript. When I upgraded to WP3.3 and AV1.3, the bug was fixed. I'd recommend you do the same.
