   I tried to generate a PDF our of the website. Instead the software asked me to save "index.php".

   This is a known issue related to permissions on your images. We're working on smoothing this out for further, non-alpha versions. I recommend you take your questions to http://anthologize.org forums, where you're more likely to find knowledgable help.
