   I tested this plugin on my site but even after deactivating the plugin the homepage is messed up. It loads it like this:
   http://my-domain.com/my-category/chapter-one

   How can I fix that?

   What happens when you go to my-domain.com? You get redirected?

   Are you using any plugins that do redirects? Try deactivating them.

   Yes. I deactivated it and that solved the problem. But why did the installation of Anthologize affected my Redirection plugin?
