    Ok, found out that if you have WP-SUPER-CACHE installed and if AWPCP appears to not function make sure you have in the Advanced tab under the Miscellaneous section the option for “Make known users anonymous so they’re served supercached static files.” unchecked.

    Then everything will work; again. 🙂

    Yes, AWPCP works with W3TC and WP Super Cache both, with the change you noted above for Super Cache. W3TC seems to be easier, IMO, but both work well.
