Just found this plugin and have a running contest over at - http://geekfore.com/bmore-screening-the-devil-inside-jan-5th/ - but when I go to close comments and then hit "and the winner is" it throws the box up of "this post is not a contest"
When it specifically is since it is showing in the dashboard with a comment etc.
Any help would be great - also I am little fuzzy on will this plugin select and allow me to grab the emails of the folks in the comments?

So after a bit more digging, when I go in and flag the post as a contest it sticks. BUT when I click close comments and hit the "and the winner is" button it takes the flag AWAY from my post so technically it is no longer a contest.
I am running 3.3. with caching and CDN etc all that good server side jazz. I assume this could be a DB or plugin issue though.

I remember one other person mentioning something similar to this with one of the earlier versions. I was never able to reproduce it and hadn't heard of it since, so I assumed it was fixed with one of the updates. Since it's so intermittent, my first guess would be a conflict with another plugin. For completeness sake, can you send me a list of the plugins you're using?
I'll give it some research, but it probably won't be until after the holidays.
