[Plugin: amr personalise] look so pretty but won´t work

this seems pretty good to fullfill my needs. but sadly it won´t work with my WP 3.3.1 & TwentyTen5 …
But the nearly similar plugin “User meta shortcodes” aint too.
Maybe it does belong to my configuration and/or a conflict with other plugins?
