Can I stop reoccuring events from displaying more than once? Ideally I'd like to list different events in date order with the dates under each one.

I'm using iCal Events (widget) with ec3.2b2.

    Cheers
    Ben

Group by event with their "next dates" underneath ?

    One option :
Like this http://icalevents.anmari.com/test/?page_id=63 but maybe with less "event info" ?

That page shows a normalish wordpress archive or category listing of posts created with event data. (IE: layout determined by a theme template layout)

The next dates are one of the options of "event info" to show.
The "eventinfo" list (list type no 7. ) on version 3 - you may have to reset if you are not seeing it.

This requires functionality from plugin amr-events currently in alpha test. You can play with it (login, create events, configure some stuff) at the test site - link above.

    Another Option:
I am thinking of how to offer other grouping options, such by taxonomy (which could be anything you want - eg: place, sport etc) or location etc. I have had a few requests for it, so will come soon.
This would mean that one could control the layout without having to edit a theme template (or lose it if you change themes!). So would just be another list type.

Awesome! Thats pretty much what Im looking for but as a widget. It is a little annoying to get exactly the same item 3 days running when it would be more asthetically cleaner to have a date range.

As a side note Im not enjoying ec3 very much at the moment. Its development has stalled and it conflicts with Events Calendar 6 when I try to install it.
