I changed the domain name for my site (from a test.subdomain.com to realsite.com), and ran a search-and-replace that caught almost all instances of the old domain name. However, I see that one of the renegades is <link rel='stylesheet' id='amr-ical-events-list-css'>, which is still calling the css file at the old domain name.
How can I change this? I can't find it anywhere in the PHP or the WP admin panel settings.
Thanks.

Hi the latest version does now allow CSS by URL. So yes it would probably have your old domain stored .
The setting is in the plugin general settings - not under the listtype - if you call it up and then save. It should save with your new domain - that plugin has lots stored in onecomplex option. Which may be why you could not update easily via db
