Is it possible to remove the title attribute from the Next/Previous links so that when you hover over the link it doesn't show the tooltip? Thanks in advance for any help.

At the moment, it is not possible to suppress the tooltip. I will be releasing a new version of the plugin after WordPress 3.2 is released, and I will add the option to suppress the tooltip at that time.

The option to suppress the tooltip has been added in version 2.3, which is now available for download from the plugin directory:
