[Plugin: ALO EasyMail Newsletter] Multiple copies of emails being sent

    Upgraded to v2.2 of the plug-in yesterday and since then I’ve noticed multiple copies of emails being sent to recipients. I’d beinterested to know if anyone else has also seen this and if there is a workaround.

    Test Case.
    1. Create an email list with 100 recipients
    I use a catch all account and then 100 unique email addresses such as user1@…, user2@… etc.

    2. Create a new newsletter

    3. Send the newsletter to all 100 recipients. I used Send to Queue

    4. Wait and count the number of emails being received

    5. I’ve tried this a few times now and I’m seeing duplicate emails being send a the tail end of the queue. The number of dupicates varies with ech sending.

    I’ve just released the version 2.2.1 that make query faster and cleaner on batch sending. Maybe it can help you.

    Hi,

    Only had a chance to run a very quick test this evening but the initial results a re looking good – no duplicates sent. I’ll try and do a little more robustness testing over the next few weeks.
