   I'd just install ALO EasyMail
   I can't configurate there is no "parameters" boton (or equivalent)
   I only have "desactivate" and "modify"
   So I don't have access to "Appearance" and "Newsletters"

   What's wrong ?

   After installing the plugin, you should find a new Newsletters menu with 4 sub-menu links in admin left column (right below Comments menu).

   Thanks eventualo now I saw it.
   It was write...in french: "les bulletins"

   Ups !!!
