   the [js] shortcode conflicts with SyntaxHighlighter which has "js" aliases http://alexgorbatchev.com/SyntaxHighlighter/manual/brushes/

   Can you use something else?

   Why not just call it [script], which makes sense with the feature request of my next post: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-allow-javascript-in-posts-and-pages-need-a-noscript-tag-as-well
