• I saw that my All in One Video pack was out of date, so from within WordPress I did the automatic update. When it asked me to activate it I got error message:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/susan13/public_html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-video-pack/lib/kaltura_client_base.php on line 243
AND could NOT GET TO MY WEBSITE AT ALL! (just got that error)

Then spent time trying to figure out how to restore from a backup (which I had never had to do before)… and had the idea that maybe I could just remove the All in One Video folder from my plugins folder in my WordPress installation. That worked, my website was back, but of course the video on my home page did not show up (just the html code where it used to be) and WordPress warned me the plugin files did not exist… so I tried installing 2.4.4 again… but still got same error when I tried to activate.

I removed the plugin folder again, then went to previous versions to install them instead… I could not remember which version that I had before I tried to upgrade… I tried 2.4, that did not work (on activated got similar error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_ARRAY, expecting ‘)’ in /home/susan13/public_html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-video-pack/lib/kaltura_client.php on line 7024

Then I tried 2.3– that installed and activated OK… now have to figure out how to get the one video on my site to actually play again…
