   Why am I getting this message when I'm logged in to the admin panel?

   "Your database meta needs to be updated. 17 old fields remaining (Back up your database before updating.)"

   Last week I got the same message a few days ago that said I had 40 old fields remaining and I backed it up. Then some text went missing on my product pages.

   Please help.
