I'm having an issue with just single posts, all of the settings are at their defaults for page title but on single posts it's being rewritten as:
<title>Taste of WesmontMollys Dollys | Mollys Dollys</title>
which is:
%post_title%%blog_title% | %blog_title%
In the dashboard single posts are set to:
%post_title% | %blog_title%

Are you using TwentyTen? If so, there's a bug in it that is being fixed. A new version of TwentyTen is going to be released soon.
In the meantime, you can correct it with these steps:
Open up functions.php of your TwentyTen theme and go to line 262.
You'll see a line that looks like
add_filter( 'wp_title', 'twentyten_filter_wp_title', 10, 2 );
Just add two forward slashes in front of it so that it looks like
//add_filter( 'wp_title', 'twentyten_filter_wp_title', 10, 2 );

That was exactly it, thank you so much!
I'm not using twentyten, but I did use a stripped down blank template called Starkers that's based off of twentyten.
It's the first time I've done a site from the ground up with version 3 of WordPress so I haven't hit this with this plugin before.
