   Hello!

   Every cyrillic capital symbol inside <title> tag is replaced with two ? symbols.

   <title>�роект �еймос | Mechwarrior в России</title>

   for example

   help plz

   I updated a plug-in to version 1.6.14.1.

   The problem remains.

   Same problem.
   Option "Capitalize Category Titles:" doesn't affect tag's arhives.
