[Plugin: All in One SEO Pack] notice after activate

    On my test server I get this notice after activating the plugin:

    Notice: Undefined index: aiosp_enabled in /whatever/www/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-seo-pack\all_in_one_seo_pack.php on line 766

    and:

    The plugin generated 3492 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.
