[Plugin: All in One SEO Pack] Help with modifying title tag

I am using WP e-Commerce and due to it’s unusal setup, it basically displays products into a single page called Products Page.

The problem with this is that the title tag is static. There is a fix to re-write the title tag if on this page but it does not take into consideration the All In One SEO plugin which ignores the title and re-writes it itself…

What I want to understand is how, in All In One SEO, I can test for a page = “Products Page” and then write a different title based on the product name or category…

Can anyone point me to the code that I should be looking at or has anyone had experience with this before and generated some code?
