Using Twenty Ten Theme - wp_head(); ?> is in header.php file, but cannot get Title or Description to show up in browser for pages. Server has not updated to latest PHP so have to use older version of WordPress (3.1.3) for now, but I have 5 other sites on this same server and they are working fine.

Hi westzajac,
The description is showing up, but not the title. If I had to guess, I would say that a theme customization is causing the issue.
Switch the the Twenty Eleven theme temporarily and see if that fixes it. If it does, you'll know it's a theme issue.
