I have the latest version of AEIOSP (1.6.13.2) with WP 3.0.5. and although the sitemap.xml is created, the smaller sitemaps are not.
Some examples:
/sitemap-tax-post_tag.xml
/sitemap-post-2010-12.xml (and all other months from 2010)
/sitemap-misc.xml
/sitemap-tax-category.xml
/sitemap-archives.xml
I was forced to redirect all of these links (which return a 404 error) to the regular sitemap.xml, but I am 100% convinced this is wrong for indexation.
Any advice on how to fix this issue is appreciated.
