   You provide a "Capitalize Category Titles" checkbox, but a general "Capitalize Titles" checkbox is needed. In many non-English languages, it is incorrect to capitalize every word in a title. If I do a search for "favorable à un nouveau gouvernement", All in One SEO changes the title of the search page to "Favorable À Un Nouveau Gouvernement", but that looks ugly to any French reader.

   Such "Capitalize Titles" checkbox would be easy to implement. Simply replace "ucwords" by your own function, and in that function, check if "Capitalize Titles" is enabled.
