[Plugin: All in one FaceBook Plugins for WordPress] Disable like button on pages

Please can you add a couple of options-

1. Option to disable the LIKE button from PAGES
2. Option to leave a margin above and below the like button. Many other like plugins have this option, and it helps make it work better for different themes.
3. Option to add a TITLE to the recommendation widget
