I installed the plugin and activated it. Everything worked fine until I entered my first event and the calendar disappeared and I can't get it back. Here is what the script is saying ...

"The plugin is installed, but has not been configured."

"All-in-One Event Calendar Notice: To set up the plugin: Select an option in the Calendar page dropdown list, the click Update Settings."

There is no selection or option in the Calendar page dropdown list!!!

Also ... When I try to update the plugin I get an error that says ... "An error occurred while updating All-in-One Event Calendar: The plugin is at the latest version.."

Do I have a conflict with another plugin?

    Thanks in Advance

    Hi,

Click on the setting tab for event section and at the top right hand of the page click on "screen options" and choose 2 column.

    Hi LeeCDVM,

Try reinstalling the plugin. You can also try a manual install (http://help.then.ly/customer/portal/articles/534931-how-do-i-manually-upgrade-). If that fails, deactivate your other plugins one by one and see if one of them is causing a conflict.

There have not been any replies in over 1 month, so I am marking this thread as 'resolved.'

Thanks, Jef. I'm glad I saw your comment before I followed the official advice. That solved my issue immediately.

I had unthinkingly changed the settings menu to one column and that is what caused the issue.

Yes, thank you, Jeff. Sorry, we had this confused with a separate issue. Thank you for helping out. Yes, in short, this issue can be fixed by resetting the page to 2 columns.

No problem - I had done the same thing as Apg002. Glad I could help.
