I was having problems on a production site, but I’ve installed the current version of the All-in-One Event Calendar plugin on a test installation of WP 3.4.2 with no other plugins installed.

After creating a couple of events, I went to the calendar page and clicked the
“Subscribe in Google Calendar” button. The first time I tried it, I got

    Settings Error
The address that you provided did not contain a calendar in a valid iCal or GData format.

(the error I’d been seeing in the production site).

When I tried it again, there was no error message, but the events from the WordPress site aren’t showing up in the Google calendar.

    Any ideas?

    Hi converting2wp,

Please can you provide the ics feed so we can take a look at it.

We have had reports of some ics feeds having a blank first line, which prevents them from being imported. If you can provide your feed, I can confirm or not if this is your issue. We are looking into this issue, but in the mean time you can download the ics feed, delete the first line, then upload it/import it. I know this is not ideal, so we are working on fix.

I’m just clicking the “subscribe in Google Calendar” button at the bottom of the calendar on the page I listed above. I’m not sure I know what you mean by the “ics feed” — I’m trying to export from ai1ec to Google.
