Event-Registration ready? (18 posts)

    I noticed that in the release notes, the calendar is "event-registration ready". Can someone tell me how to implement this? I'm just not clear if this refers to a specific plugin that the calendar plays nicely with...we've never had an event registration system before, but we would like to.

    @nearlyjen
    We are working on a registration system that will soon be released. As a workaround you could try to embed gravity forms.

    Hi Yani,

    Wild estimate if this will be a matter of weeks, months or years to release ?

    Love your calendar plugin !

    :) Definitely not years.
    I would say a couple weeks. We are already developing it.

    Yani,

    Do you have an apx release date yet? I am just trying to decide if I should pursue the gravity forms option or wait for your update instead.

    Thanks.

    Gravity Forms does not currently support conditional logic on their date fields (nor will it be available in the near future) and so integration with All-in-one Event Calendar might be a welcome feature.

    Is there anywhere I can read what the planned integration will consist of?

    Don't leave us hanging... any updates or should we look for another calendar that supports event registration?

    Sorry guys, we are unable to provide support as much as we want to. We are making a new support system where you will be able to open a ticket and someone will be assigned to that ticket - this will ensure that every question gets answered.
    To the question - event-registration has "epic" priority in our team. It is in progress and as soon as we have it stable, we will release it. We are making a new webpage that will allow you to track the progress of all features and you will know how soon it will be released. Have patience for a bit longer - a week - two and everything will be a lot more clear to everyone. Sorry for any delay of communication.

    Hi everyone,

    We apologise for not giving you an update about this sooner. Event registration / RSVP is on the roadmap to be released well before the end of the year. We totally appreciate that this is an important feature to users, and we completely understand users' eagerness to have this released as soon as possible. Thank you to everyone for your ongoing patience and understanding in the interim.

    Can I integrate with gravity forms now or do I need to use Sugar Calendar to do that?
