[Plugin: All Category SEO Updater] open_basedir restriction in effect

    I’m using All Category SEO Updater plugin, this is a great plugin but I get this error:

    Warning: file_exists() [function.file-exists]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(../wp-load.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/www/vhosts/mproducts.pt/httpdocs:/tmp) in /var/www/vhosts/mproducts.pt/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/all-category-seo-updater/php/allCategorySeoUpdater.class.php on line 35

    can anyone help me?

    I already tried adding this line to wp_config.php:

    define('WP_TEMP_DIR','/tmp');

    but it still doesn’t work,
    and I have safe_mode disabled on my server
