Hi is there any chance in an update you can have it compatible with the same php version as in version 2.4 of the plugin? I can’t have the latest update of sideposts because of it

PHP 5.2 is required for this plugin."
We are really sorry, but development is going only tested and supported on current maintained versions for WordPress and PHP.
No backwards compatibility will be provided. The same way obsolete WordPress versions are not supported, obsolete and unmaintained PHP versions are abandoned.
PHP 5.2 is now more than 3 years old and previous PHP 5 versions where abandoned then by PHP developers. http://alkivia.org/short-news/note-about-php-5-2-requirement/
