   Is there a way to make this plugin work without showing the sub pages on the Nav Menu.

   I would like to show the sub-pages and sub-sub-pages on the parent page and this plugin works great for that, however, I do not want the sub pages and sub-sub-pages to show on the Nav menu. If, on the sub-pages I select "Hide From Navigation" this plugin does not work.

   Any help would be greatly appreciated.
