   The current Akismet plugin works pretty well with WordPress 3.0.1, but when I upgraded it to 3.0.3 or to 3.0.4, and tried to access the Site Administration Dashboard, it gave me an error related to Akismet.

   Are you using the latest version of Akismet (currently 2.5.1)?

   Keep in mind that upgrading to WordPress 3.0.3 or 3.0.4 unfortunately downgraded Akismet to 2.4, requiring you to upgrade it again separately.

   how can we do that if i am unable to acces my site dashboard and do not use any FTP nor do i know how to use it... please help me...
   i am unable to acces the dashboard due to a problem with askismet, do you know how i can resolve this?

   Try manually resetting your plugins:
