   I can not get the basic contact me form installed on my articlewriter4u.com.

   I have been trying for over 2 hours to get it installed and centered between the two red lines on the page:

   But, either it does not work with the version I am using or I do not know enough html to edit it properly. The only thing I can get to show up is the send button.

   This is a near duplicate of the post above:

   Somehow the page I want it put on did not show up, it is http://articlewriter4u.com/prices/ and I would like it centered between the two red lines on the page.
