With ATD 0.49007 and WP 3.3 or WP 3.3.1 if you enter a post, and hit Publish, the post area is cleared of all text. You can't actually publish anything while ATD is active. Disabling ATD resolved the problem.

I confirm, same problem and same solution. Btw, it took some time to me to understand that the problem was ATD. I only saw the post text cleared when i clicked on "publish"!
