Plugin affecting other site on the same host

    I have this plugin on one word press domain, and have another non word press domain on the same host, that is being affected by this plugin.

    Can I make this plugin ignore a directory that has a different site on it. I noticed when I have the plugin activated on my main site that I cannot preform admin actions on my forum. When I deactivate the plugin then I can preform admin actions on my forum. I can’t make posts or anything on my forum without the plugin deactivated on my main site.
