Plugin Advice: Managing and Searching Standardized Page Formats

    I would like to build a WP-based site that lists travel properties. Each property would have a page on the website with some standard fields (ie: Location, Price, Amenities, Capacity, etc.). Users should then be able to sort the properties by those standard options (ie: show them only properties in New York with a capacity of 100).

    Is there an existing plug-in (or combination of plug-ins) that something like this could be built off of? I’ve been playing around with the More Fields, More Types, and More Taxonomies plug-ins (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/more-taxonomies/) but I’m unsure if these will yield the results I want.

    Any thoughts or advice?
