   I just installed this plugin, and in the installation it says you can:

   Place ads in your blog posts and pages [...] by using the 'Insert Ad' dropdown from the edit toolbar.

   I can't find this dropdown, is it an issue with the new version of WP?

   I found it located in the html editor (not the visual editor.)

   for some reason that dropdown only shows for 3 seconds and then it disappears, not that I care mind you.
