There were a couple of pages that were lost last week. I will get them back up as soon as I can.
Thanks,

The documentation site still seems to be having problems. Getting:
Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /wiki/advertising-manager/Placing_ads_on_your_blog.

Sorry - we have been having loads of issues with this server (doh! ruby!!!)
It is being taken care of, and hopefully back up and running today.
Cheers,
Scott
Nearly there, mate, nearly there. Just please let us know when it's all there, OK?
galbaras: When in the history of software development is it 'all there'???? :)
The documentation site is more stable now, and has been up for more than 24 hours straight! We are making progress...
Cheers,
Scott
Please fix it, it's down again :(
Cheers,
Saajid

This thread's one of the first few thrown up by Google in a search for advertizing manager for wordpress documentation. The actual documentation site, however, appears down again. Has been for a while.
It would be great if some of the minimal documentation for this plugin could at least be included in the listing on wordpress.org or in this thread, at least until the main site that hosts the documentation is fixed. I'm at a standstill because I don't have the basics for adding adds/links to my templates.
Perhaps someone could just post the basics? It looks like such a useful plugin too!

I'd offer to host the docs elsewhere, but that requires getting to them first. And the site's still down, so no help there.

Yes - the documentation is hosted on Redmine, which is a ruby based issue tracking/wiki/version control system. It seems like it is not up to the task of simply hosting docs while not going down :)
I am talking with the folks at OpenX to see if it is a configuration problem, or if there is a newer version. If nothing else fails we will move it to Trac or something similar.
Appreciate your patience here - I fully know how difficult it is to navigate a new product without documentation.
Cheers,
Scott
Thanks @switzer
Would it be possible to simply post some of the basic instructions to this thread? I have imported ads but don't know how to include the blocks in my theme pages. For now, that is all that I'm looking for. I guess i could dig through the code...

We disabled the portion of the website that was giving issues. You can look at the wiki here:
