   Is it possible to put ads in sidebars or on top of every page with Advertising Manager?
   I installed and activated the plugin, but I can only see the "insert ad" dropdown menu when editing or adding a post in HTML-view?
   I would, for example, like to add a skyscraper ad in the sidebar. Am I overlooking something?

   You can edit the templates, and use the code: <?php advman_ad(name) ?>

   It is in the documentation - which is now working.

   I'm also trying to figure out this plub in but the documentation is not working.

   Scott can you post a link to a "how to use this plug-in" documentation.
