    I downloaded & installed Advertising Manager and got the following "fatal error" when I tried to activate it. PHP version is 5.x:

    Warning: require_once(/home/content/d/l/d/dldancers/html/wp-content/plugins/advertising-manager/lib/OX/Tools.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/d/l/d/dldancers/html/wp-content/plugins/advertising-manager/advertising-manager.php on line 38

    Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/content/d/l/d/dldancers/html/wp-content/plugins/advertising-manager/lib/OX/Tools.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php5/lib/php') in /home/content/d/l/d/dldancers/html/wp-content/plugins/advertising-manager/advertising-manager.php on line 38

    lauraet:

    Hmmm. Your system cannot find the file 'Tools.php'. Can you check that the following file exists?

    /home/content/d/l/d/dldancers/html/wp-content/plugins/advertising-manager/lib/OX/Tools.php

    You may want to just delete the 'advertising-manager' directory from your plugins directory, and re-install. Let me know if you need help (Skype switzer) and I can try to assist.

    Good luck,
    Scott

    Dear Scott,
    Thank you for your help. It turns out that when I uploaded the plugin, nothing that was in a subfolder got uploaded--I had to create all the subfolders and upload the relevant files into each one. This has happened to me before; it's either a PEBCAK problem or just GoDaddy.com wanting me to spend more time in their lovely company. In any case, you gave me the clue I needed to fix the problem.
    Thanks!
    Laura
