   When I activate the Advertising Manager plugin and try to write (or edit) a post in Visual view, I get the HTML view instead.
   Workaround is disabling the plugin, writing a post, and enabling the plugin again, but of course this is a bit awkward.

   Any suggestions how to fix this?
