I've just updated a site to WordPress 3.0.1 and the ad menu drop-down is no longer showing up in HTML view. Since there is no way for the author's to set up ads in Visual mode either this is causing a problem because they can no longer place ads.
Anyone encountered this? Any way to fix it?

Okay, problem resolved.
It was not actually due to the upgrade at all. The plugin works fine with WP 3.0.1 as far as I have seen.
At the time I was updating my client's site, as per her request, she was also creating new ads with a single quote/apostrophe in the title which I didn't know about. The apostrophe was breaking things and causing the 'Insert Ad' drop-down menu to not appear. I'm guessing it was breaking the database query somewhere along the way.
