    I found a bug which may have been causing you issue. I have made the fix and released version 3.4.6.

    The widget now forces the rest of the content in the Primary sidebar (and the The Upper Sidebar) to a place in the footer.

    Looks like the issue was caused by your theme using <aside> in the sidebar. There was a closing </div> in the plugin which was throwing this off.

    I have fixed the plugin to use the theme’s structure in the widget. Version 3.4.7 should be available momentarily.
