    You would have to do some custom coding to accomplish that.

    IS it possible to run the export function after post is published?

    And , Does this plugin sync/overwrite posts if changes are made?

    You can run the export wheneveryou like. If you mean automatically – no, there is no automatic export feature in the plugin.

    You are manually exporting to a new file every time you export. You browser will create a new version of the file each time you download (ie. export).
